The early months after birth can feel tender, overwhelming, and unexpectedly lonely.
Bloom & Luma offers a calm, private space for mothers to talk — openly, honestly, and without needing to have the right words.
Through gentle, one-to-one conversations, this support is designed to sit alongside real life with a new baby, offering reassurance, perspective, and space to breathe.

Many parents prepare carefully for birth — through antenatal classes, courses, and birth support — yet find that once their baby arrives, the focus shifts and support can feel quieter or harder to access.
Bloom & Luma exists to gently bridge this transition, offering emotional support during the weeks and months after birth, when questions, adjustments, and feelings often arise as daily life begins.
This is a space to be supported after the preparation ends — as you settle into motherhood in your own time and in your own way.
Bloom & Luma is led by a postpartum support provider, offering calm, non-clinical emotional support for mothers after birth. The approach is grounded in listening, compassion, and respect for each mother’s individual experience.

Sessions are supportive conversations designed to help you feel grounded, understood, and more confident navigating the early months of motherhood. If clinical or medical support is needed, appropriate professional care will be gently encouraged.
Bloom & Luma is for mothers in the postpartum period who would like a calm, supportive space to talk.
There is no requirement to be struggling or to have a specific concern. Many mothers reach out simply because they would value reassurance, perspective, or support during a time of transition.
Sessions are one-to-one and take place via phone or video call.
You’ll join from your own space, at a time that works for you. Sessions are baby-led — feeding, holding, pausing, or moving as needed is always welcome. There is no expectation to be uninterrupted or to present yourself in any particular way.
